Tyrone Dobson is a DEI leader and community advocate with a focus on building inclusive, people-centered organizations. He currently serves as DEI Manager at New Relic, where he supports employee resource groups and leads initiatives that advance equity across the organization.

Prior to this, Tyrone spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector supporting volunteerism and community development. As a Black gay man, he brings both lived experience and a deep commitment to creating spaces where people can show up as their full selves. He is passionate about building capacity for change and helping individuals and organizations grow with intention.
