Operations Manager

Tierney C. Ridley is a strategist and curator focused on advancing justice, wellness, and community. She currently serves as Director of Programs at WomanPreach! Inc. and Operations Manager at Toward Pride, where she builds systems, leads national programs, and supports initiatives that center Black Queer communities.

She is also the curator of Whole & Bold, a platform for holistic wellness and authentic living. Known for blending vision with execution, Tierney brings a people-centered approach to leadership, creating spaces where individuals and organizations can grow, connect, and thrive.
