Naomi Washington-Leapheart is a strategist, educator, and activist working at the intersection of justice, policy, and community. She serves in senior leadership at Political Research Associates, where she focuses on researching and addressing the impacts of right-wing movements on marginalized communities.

She is also an adjunct professor at Villanova University and the founder of Salt | Yeast | Light. Previously, she served as Director for Faith-Based and Interfaith Affairs for the City of Philadelphia, bringing a community-centered approach to public leadership.
