Taylor is an organizational strategist and cultural leader with over a decade of experience building infrastructure, leading teams, and guiding mission-driven organizations through growth and change. He previously led the national expansion of Toward Pride and helped scale Fearless Dialogues, supporting initiatives that bridge culture, leadership, and systems change.

He is the founder of The J.D. Group, a strategy and creative consultancy that partners with nonprofits, cultural institutions, and businesses to turn vision into execution. Based in Chicago, Calvin’s work focuses on advancing equity, strengthening organizations, and driving sustainable impact across sectors.

He has led programs, advised institutions, and taught in leadership development spaces, with a focus on strengthening systems and expanding access.
